We love our windows!!
We recently used Window Authority of Houston to replace about 30 windows in our house. We did considerable research of both the manufacturers and the installation companies to make our selection. After bidding to several companies and considering several manufacturers, we selected Simonton Daylight Max windows which after installation, we just love. We haven’t experienced extreme weather yet but so far they’ve been great. Mark Mauser, the owner of Window Authority, is fantastic to work with. He answered our many questions and provided a very competitive bid for the work. His installation team, led by John, is first class. Our house is stucco and required particular care and methods to insure a solid, water-tight installation. John has done many stucco installations and the team did a great job. We did have a minor manufacturing dimensional problem with 1 size window but Window Authority installed the incorrect ones at first so we had good windows installed and then came back and replaced them with the correct windows - no hassle, no questions, no extra costs. We would definitely use Window Authority of Houston again in the future and highly recommend them for your window projects.
