"After researching and visiting with many window companies I decided the window I wanted was MilGard. I decided on using The Window Authority to supply and install my Windows for several reasons. First, the owner, Mark, was very through explaining and demonstrating the product plus they had excellent prices and reviews. I learned that the Milgard window allows for custom sizing of the upper and lower sash which few other companies, if any, offer this option. Plus Milgard has a very slim profile compared to other manufactures windows. Most other companies window sections were thick and bulky thus making the actual glass area much smaller allowing less clear view area. The installation went very smoolhly and was a quality installation with difficult rough stone openings. If you want great windows and a great company to provide and install your windows you should call The Window Authority."

"This was a complex job requiring temporary bracing to support the brick cut and use of a large steel beam. Most window companies refused to bid. Window Authority gave a fixed price and that was what I paid. Workmanship was excellent and always cleaned up every night. No damage to the remaining brick work. "Easy to work with. We had some ornamental materials we wanted specifically for the Covered Balconies they installed and they found just what we wanted. We love our 600 sq. ft. addition that was previously just a covered porch that was so hot we never used it much except in the Spring or late fall. Now we can enjoy it Year Around plus the covered and extended balconies were great to use during the early spring. Two other contractors, contracted directly to me, were used for the enclosed Outdoor Kitchen Equipment and for the AC/Heating. Window Authority was by FAR the BEST of them all and I would recommend Window Authority Any Time. And that is say a great deal as I am extremely particular."
